BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Booking Process
  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided
  • Customers must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking
  • All information provided must be accurate and complete
  1. Payment Terms
  • All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
  • Payment must be made via approved payment methods
  • A booking is not secured until payment has cleared
  • VAT is included in all displayed prices at the current rate
  1. Amendments to Bookings
  • Amendments must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service
  • Amendment requests are subject to availability
  • An administrative fee of £50 applies to all booking amendments
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse amendment requests
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made more than 2 days before the service: full refund.
  • Cancellations made 48 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: no refund
  • Force majeure cancellations will be assessed individually
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Arrive at the designated time and location
  • Provide valid identification when requested
  • Comply with all safety and operational instructions
  • Inform the Company of any special requirements
  1. Company Rights and Limitations
  • Right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Right to refuse service to any customer
  • Limited liability to the value of the booking
  • No liability for indirect or consequential losses
  1. Data Protection
  • Personal data processed in accordance with UK GDPR
  • Data used only for booking administration and service delivery
  • Customer consent required for marketing communications
  • Right to access personal data upon written request
  1. Complaints Procedure
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days
  • The Company will respond within 10 working days
  • Unresolved disputes may be referred to alternative dispute resolution
  1. Force Majeure
  • The Company is not liable for failures due to:
    • Acts of God
    • Government actions
    • Civil unrest
    • Natural disasters
    • Pandemic-related restrictions
  1. Insurance
  • Customers are advised to obtain appropriate insurance
  • The Company maintains public liability insurance
  • Personal belongings remain customer responsibility
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All website content remains Company property
  • Booking confirmation emails may not be altered
  • Company branding may not be used without permission
  1. Jurisdiction
  • These terms are governed by English law
  • Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction
  • Terms supersede all prior agreements
  1. Changes to Terms
  • The Company reserves the right to modify these terms
  • Changes will be communicated via email or website
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
